How do I order online?

Online shopping is a fun and easy experience!

You can choose your product either by collection shopping or by category, using the top menu bar. Just click the image or the product description, choose your desired size and add it to the shopping bag. You can continue browsing by clicking on “Continue shopping” or, if you are ready to checkout, simply click on “View shopping bag”.

While you are viewing your shopping bag, you have the option to delete individual items, change the desired quantity or to empty your bag, by clicking on “Empty shopping bag”. Also, you can select your preffered courier from the available options or add a promotional code.

Additional shipping costs will be added to your final purchase price at checkout.

Finalize your purchase. If you haven’t registered yet, please fill the “Billing and Shipping Informations” form and make sure you enter all the necessary information. If you already have a MYOKKO account, simply login using your e-mail address and the password you created for the account.

Select your preferred payment method (credit card/debit card or bank transfer).

Read carefully our Terms and Conditions before placing your order. Every time you place an order at YOKKO, you will need to confirm you have read and agreed to them.

Place your order. Upon finalizing your order, you will receive an automated email with your order summary.

Can I send an item as a gift?

Yes, you can send items as a gift. The gift wrapping service is offered by YOKKO free of charge.
At checkout, simply enter a different delivery address and insert a comment about this order beying a gift, in the „Remarks” section.


How do I know that my order was placed successfully?

You will always receive a confirmation e-mail from YOKKO, when your order is placed successfully.


Do I have to pay VAT?

All YOKKO shop prices include 24% VAT from Romania.

The invoice with the banking details will be sent to your email, as soon as your order is processed.

Can I track my order?

All YOKKO orders can be tracked.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as your order ships, with a link that will take you directly to the carrier's website, so that you can track your package online.

Do you ship on weekends and national holidays?

We ship your order on the next working day after you placed it.

Also, you can receive your orders during working days. The courier will not deliver your order on weekends or national holidays

Where will my order be shipped from?

We ship all orders from Bucharest, Romania, where the YOKKO fashion atelier is located.

Do I need to sign for the package?

Yes, all our orders are shipped with carriers that require a receipt signature.
